If you’re looking for an autumn or winter getaway our van is the perfect companion, with an electric blanket included (electric hook up required) ** INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THIS HIRE SO YOU WONT NEED TO PAY HIRE INSURANCE FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR TRIP ** Carolina is a VW T6 (180 Bhp) highline spec with long wheel base for that all important extra space. The pop top roof, manufactured by West Dubs has a scenic canvass and the double rock n roll bed was manufactured and installed bed by Vulcan beds, which is arguably the easiest in the market to operate, and without doubt the comfiest. For those wanting to stay off grid there is a double hob, with gas cylinder included and the van is gas safety certified, a sink and fridge and LED lighting throughout. There is also a brand new leisure battery, water pump and tank. There are 4 berths in the van - a double rock n roll bed and also a double mattress in the pop top roof. In the cab you will benefit from the highline spec which includes air conditioning, cruise control multi-functioning steering wheel and DAB Radio.

Additional information

Your hire of the van will include all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a full tank of water, gas, electric hook up equipment and a camping table with 2 chairs. We are also able to offer additional items which are available on request (each at £20.00 per weeks hire). These include: Tow Bar mounted Bike Rack (and tow bar on the van) Self inflating drive away tent Paddle Board Inflatable Kayak Portable camping toilet We are in an ideal location for many road trips in the UK, being located in Shavington, just 5 minutes from junction 16 of the M6. We offer secure, off road parking free of charge whilst you are away and by arrangement can deliver the van to you to make life as easy as possible. Whether you are a campervan veteran or a first time adventurer, we are sure you will enjoy a road trip with our wonderful van, Carolina. We endeavour to make your campervan holiday easy and stress free and to make Carolina a mobile home from home. We welcome any specific questions or requests, which we will try our best to accommodate.

Hiring rules

The van will be provided to you clean inside and out and with a full tank of fuel. Please return it in the same condition.
If you wish to clean the exterior, please do not take the van to anything other than a hand car wash.
Our standard pick up and drop off times are consistent with most hotels and airbnbs. We are happy to accommodate early pick ups and late dropoffs where possible. Please discuss this with us and unless agreed otherwise, assume the times below apply.
Pick up: 3pm
Return: 11am
Insurance includes 1 driver as standard, however, we can add additional drivers if required, please send us a message to discuss.
Drivers are required to provide the documents below for the insurance:

Hire Fee: From £115.00 per day
Delivery fee: £0.32 per mi

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Moderate

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
