Hiring rules

• 1) No offroad such as fields. Single track roads are fine
• 2) No smoking inside
• 3) No festivals
• 4) No hen or stag parties
• 5) Only age 25 and above for hire
• 6) Pick up time 3pm & Drop off 11am
• 7) £50.00 late drop off fee, unless otherwise agreed
• 8) What to do in the event of an emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me.
• 9) What to do if damage occurs e.g. DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• 10) Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day with a maximum of 1000 miles per week hire included in the normal booking price. After 1000 miles, you will be charged .45p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
• 11) Rules on refuelling Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• 12) Rules on cleaning Clean the equipment and van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. Deep cleaning is included in the hire fee.
• 13) Waste water should be emptied before return and toilet cassette must be cleaned or risk of £100.00 fine
• 13) GAS CYLINDER should be returned full or risk a fine of £50.00.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

  My Husband and I, hired Ronnie for 2 weeks this September. We were able to leave our car and it was locked up securely whilst we used Ronnie. Communication with Chris was brilliant. Ronnie was just perfect for our trip around Scotland. We had the most amazing time and it was wonderful for us to just roam freely off grid. Ronnie kept us safe, warm & comfortable the whole 2 weeks. We didn't want to give him back, but will definatley be hiring again. Thank you so much for giving us the Best Experience!

  We hired Ronnie for a week for a trip to the Isle of Mull with our dog. Chris was responsive and handover/handback of the van were simple, easy processes. Van was as described and perfect size for our trip. Would recommend if you are looking for an easy to drive van, which is dog friendly and has ample storage space for bikes etc.
