- • Return time is 10:30 on your final day
- ⏳ Please allow up to 30 minutes for vehicle handover

- • All damage or accidents must be reported within 24 hours
- • Our accident report form must be submitted within 72 hours of return
- • Minor repairs under £40.00 must be preapproved — keep receipts for reimbursement
- 🧾 Driver Requirements & Security Bond
- • Drivers must be 25–79 years old
- • Full UK/EU licence held for 2+ years
- • £1,000.00 security bond required per hire
- 🔁 Security bond is refunded after vehicle return, pending inspection through Camplify.
- Please note: a cleaning fee of £30.00 and an LPG Charge of £22.00 is applied to every Camplify booking automatically.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
