• • Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement only
• • Maximum 2 dogs per hire charged at £50.00 each
• • Keep dogs off all bedding and soft furnishings
• • Additional cleaning fees may be charged if rules are not followed
• 🌍 EU & Ireland Travel
• • Travel to Europe £75.00
• • Travel to Ireland £35.00
• • You must notify us in advance if planning overseas travel
• 🕒 Collection & Return Times
• • Standard pickup is at 14:00
• • Return time is 10:30 on your final day
• ⏳ Please allow up to 30 minutes for vehicle handover
• ⏰ Late returns charged at £75.00 per hour
• • Vehicle must be returned empty and ready for inspection
• 🧼 Cleanliness & Waste
• • Toilet cassette must be emptied and rinsed — £100.00 charge if not
• • Grey water tank must be emptied — £50.00 charge if not
• • Interior must be reasonably clean — £100.00 cleaning fee may apply
• ⛽ Fuel Policy
• • Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of diesel
• • If not, we’ll charge for fuel plus 25% admin fee
• • ⚠ DIESEL ONLY — any petrol use = full liability for damage
• 🚭 Smoking
• • 🚫 No smoking or vaping in or near the vehicle £500.00 penalty
• 🚗 What’s Not Allowed
• • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• • Offroad use
• • Carrying more passengers than there are seatbelts
• 🚨 Damage & Accidents
• • All damage or accidents must be reported within 24 hours
• • Our accident report form must be submitted within 72 hours of return
• • Minor repairs under £40.00 must be preapproved — keep receipts for reimbursement
• 🧾 Driver Requirements & Security Bond
• • Drivers must be 25–79 years old
• • Full UK/EU licence held for 2+ years
• • £1,000.00 security bond required per hire
• 🔁 Security bond is refunded after vehicle return, pending inspection through Camplify.
• Please note: a cleaning fee of £30.00 and an LPG Charge of £22.00 is applied to every Camplify booking automatically.
