Hiring rules

All drivers required to provide proof of address and copy of driving license the hirer is liable if the vehicle is stolen so please be responsible with keys declare any damages immediately
no smoking inside the motorhome
return with fuel tank the same as how you recieved it. £20.00 surcharge plus top up of fuel if not completed
waste water tank yo emptied on return of the motorhome
cleaned interior;fridge and cupboards to be emptied toilet to be cleaned and emptied (£70.00 cleaning fee will incur if not emptied) breakages or damages will be deductible from the deposit loss of keys will incur a charge parking fines/congestion charges/traffic offences to be paid by the hirer
Hirers must allow 30 mins for pre and post handovers and inspections pick up from midday or earlier if agreed drop off by midday or later if agreed

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Hire Fee: From £150.00 per day
Service fee: £50.00

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
