Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lee 5.0We hired Russells van for the May half term and had a fabulous week. The van was was equipped, spacious and a good size for our family of 4. Any queries we had were dealt with really quickly and Russell was really flexible about timings for handover/takeover. All in all, a great experience.
