Hiring rules
- Linen packs are available no charge
- Dogs are welcomed no charge (Max 2 small dogs)
- Smoking and vaping is not allowed in our campervan
- No offroad unsealed roads must be approved first. Please be aware
- Hirer age restrictions (25 79)
- Campervan must return cleaned
- Standard pickup / dropoff times are 10am pick up and 4pm drop off
- Mileage is unlimited
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van on longer trips and to Europe
- FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- COOKING GAS 1 x 6kg New Calor bottle included. PLUS the balance of the second bottle
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,200.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

About the owner
I started my campervan hire business because I love the world of camping.
I have enjoyed tenting holidays with the children in all weathers. I was always jealous when a campervan owner would pull on to site, put the kettle on, or pop the Processo, all whilst I was banging in the tent pegs.
So one day I did just that bought a campervan and I have not looked back. It seemed like a good idea to give others the opportunity to experience this comfortable approach to camping - so 365camperhire.co.uk was launched.
