We are a young family renting out Motorhomes and we are here to make sure your next holiday is as seamless as possible. We have listed below lots of key features but if you have any questions at all, please pop us a message!

Hiring rules
- No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins
- No smoking inside
- No pets (unless requested directly with us)
- No festivals (unless requested directly with us)
- Single sex couples are welcome however single sex groups such as stag dos and hen parties are not permitted. (unless requested directly with us)
- Hirer age restrictions 2575
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
- No freecamping
- Penalty charge for late return £50.00 per hour.
- We will be in touch to request ID & Proof of address.
- EMERGENCY PLAN: If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- MILEAGE LIMIT 1000 miles included in the normal booking price. After 1000 miles, you will be charged .45p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
- FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure. If not returned full there will be a charge of £1.55PL
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- OTHER: GAS CYLINDER should be returned full; water must be emptied or risk a fine of £5.00
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
