Hiring rules
- Please leave the van as you would like to find her.
- Please empty waste water and WC canister.
- Handover at the start of hire is from 9:00am on day 1, handover on day of return of hire is 17:00pm latest.
- **Please note that gas will be provided based on what is available from earlier hires (6KG Calor bottles so last awhile), however we cannot guarantee a full bottle. If you would like to guarantee a full bottle of gas this will be £29.50. Full bottles are subject to marketplace availability and this will be confirmed prior to your trip. For this reason payment is to be made against the receipt on collection.**

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
