Thank you for considering one of our high quality motorhome for your trip. Remember you can drive any of our new lightweight motorhomes on a normal UK car drivers license category B as they all have a maximum weight of 3499 kg. 1. Consider the age of all drivers and the issuing if the license. Under 30 years of age and it adds up to 20% extra cost to your quoted price. All EU + USA licenses are fine at no extra cost but non EU licenses are usually not permitted. 2. It would be helpful if you can let us know how many adults and children with the intended sleeping arrangements. 2. Please note UK travel is as quoted but European mainland adds £199.00 to the cost for your green card. This will be added on with payment collected at time of check out. 3. We are open Monday to Friday inclusive but do not open on Saturday or Sunday. Collection is 2 - 3 pm and returns 10 - 11 am. If returning later you will be charged for extra time. The site closes at 4.30 pm so always make sure you do not arrive after 4.00 pm. 4. Consider the mileage of your trip which includes 455 free miles per week calculated on a pro-rata basis. Remember that for every 455 miles you will typically be driving for 2 x 4.5 hour days allowing for breaks and traffic. A nice motorhome trip should not really involve anymore than 2 to 3 hours driving per day. If you drive above this you will be charged £1.00 per extra mile. The recommended cruise on a motorway is 2000 rpm (on the rev counter) which will give you around 62 mph and up to 30% higher mpg. 5. Pets are only permitted when hiring the Zefiro 675 and Zefiro 690 models and depending on manager approval the Zefiro 696 models. Pets attract an extra cost of £99.00 per hire. 6. Gas bottles are in stock at your collection point and can be supplied and fitted for £54.95 for each 11 kg bottle. Most motorhomes take 2 bottles. You are likely to use more in the winter months for the central heating system. Ask an agent how many you are likely to need. 7. On site parking available at our Partridge Green collection point for your entire holiday from £5.98 p/d. You do not need to book as this can be added onto you booking at time of departure. 8. On departure a security pre-authorisation of your credit card will be taken. The amount varies on the age of the driver, the extras selected, your intended destination and the model you are hiring. The money does not leave your account but you do need to have the availble funds for it to authorise. Speak to an agent for precise amount. Upon approving your request, we allow 48 hours for the deposit to be paid, as this blocks out the dates on our calendar. 9. In high season June, July and August the minimum hire period is 7 nights. The other months are subject to availability and minimum hire charge so please put in a request. Hiring rules

• WC chemical loo must be emptied prior to return. If not returned fully empty a significant charge will be applied.
• Fully comprehensive insurance is included with the excess normally £135.000 depending on model / destination and driver criteria.
• Inclusive mileage is set at 71 miles per day. Additional mileage will be charged at £1.00 per mile.
• Fuel tank to be returned at the same level as supplied.
• Mileage allowances.
• All hires come with 500 free miles per week (7 days) and are calculated prorata on hires of less than 7 days (1/7 of 500 per day 71 miles per day).
• Excess mileage is charged at £1.00 per extra mile driven over this amount.
• Preauthorised security deposit will be taken at checkout to cover things like traffic violations and other chargeable circumstances as in our terms and conditions.

• Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.
