Fantastic Motorhome Holiday Experience! I recently had a wonderful motorhome holiday, and I can't recommend Stephen and his team enough. They were incredibly courteous, professional, and swift in addressing any issues that arose. From sorting out a gas hose problem to providing expert advice on a fuse issue, their support was top-notch. Thanks to their efficient service, our trip went smoothly, and we had a fantastic time. If you're considering a motorhome holiday, I highly recommend booking with Stephen and his team. You won't be disappointed!

I regret to inform you that our recent experience with your rental services fell significantly short of our expectations. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share some of the issues we encountered during our rental period: The van was delivered in an unacceptable state of filth. A malfunctioning battery caused substantial time loss during our holiday. None of the blinds in the van worked properly. The provided bed linen was dirty and did not match our needs. The toilet was disturbingly dirty, adding to our discomfort. We anticipated a 2023 vehicle to be in a much better condition, especially considering the premium we paid compared to market value. While we appreciate the efforts of the personnel during the van handover, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. We believe the value we received did not align with the premium cost we paid. Although I'm hesitant to leave a negative review, I feel it's important to share our experience. We hope these issues can be addressed for future customers.

Mick was friendly and helpful. The camper van was very nice. We were given the wrong cushions for the bed but we managed to sort it out. Would rent from Stephen again.

It was terrible because we were not given this van but fobbed off with another one. I specifically wanted a 6m van which was confirmed a month before the trip. On collection we were refused our request and given 7m van instead. Which is what I had deliberately avoided. It ruined our trip because we were in Cornwall, narrow roads. So did not feel comfortable travelling and had to stay in the same place, which completely foiled the whole purpose of our trip. Also no hot water or heating because the boiler was faulty. Not able to shower and campsite shower block was closed. Stephen, the owner completely dismissed all our valid complaints. Unscrupulous and unprofessional. Ruined our entire trip. The minimum rating I can give is one star, I would have preferred to give zero as we did not receive the van we booked. I do not believe this is Camplify's fault, but the owner Stephen. DO NOT HIRE FROM HIM!!
