To be fully transparent: there’s currently a bit of cosmetic damage to the rear left wheel arch the plastic trim has come off. It doesn’t affect how the motorhome drives or functions or any of the amenities, but it’s a bit like turning up to an Airbnb and realising a few roof tiles have blown off. Not ideal, but absolutely nothing that’ll impact your stay… unless you’re entering a motorhome beauty pageant! As with all things motorhome-related, even cosmetic fixes require a specialist, and unfortunately, this one needs parts from the manufacturer. Camplify are arranging the repair, but it’s taking longer than expected. If you’re happy to go ahead with the booking, I’m more than happy to send over photos so you know exactly what to expect. It won’t affect your holiday just our motorhome’s modelling career.

• This motorhome is our family holiday home, not just a rental. We use it regularly ourselves, including trips with our baby, so we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.
• We also want to keep it clean and safe for everyone who hires it, whether you're travelling with young children, elderly relatives, or anyone vulnerable, your peace of mind matters to us.
• ✅ No Smoking or Vaping
• Smoking or vaping inside the motorhome is strictly prohibited to maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all guests.
• ✅ Toilet & Grey Water
• Please empty the toilet cassette and grey water tank before returning the vehicle. A cleaning fee may apply if this is not done.
• ✅ Fuel Policy
• The motorhome will be supplied with a full tank of diesel—please return it full.
• ✅ Pets Allowed
• We welcome wellbehaved pets 🐾 Just please keep the motorhome clean and tidy, free from pet accidents.
• ✅ No Drugs
• Strictly no illegal substances in or around the motorhome. This is a nonnegotiable rule.
• ✅ Festival Policy
• We happily accept bookings for familyfriendly festivals; these are automatically approved.
• For adultoriented festivals, we ask you to let us know which one you’re attending when booking.
• Some events have a reputation for rowdy or unsafe behaviour, and we need to be sure it aligns with how we maintain the vehicle.
• This is a space our baby will plays and sleeps in, and other families may have young children or elderly loved ones onboard after you.
• If you wouldn’t want your baby or nan touching a surface, neither do we. It’s honestly sad that needs saying but we want to be clear.
• ✅ Mileage Limit
• You get 100 miles per day included with your booking. Extra mileage may incur additional charges—just reach out if you're planning a longer route.
• ✅ Damage Reporting
• Please report any damage, even small things. We’re fair and understanding we just want to keep things in top shape for everyone.

• This motorhome isn’t just something we rent out; it’s our family’s escape, and we care deeply about it. Your respect means we can keep offering it to fellow travellers looking to make wonderful, safe memories of their own.

  Louise was very nice and helpful all along the way. We really enjoyed this camper van and its uniqueness. The drive was really smooth, no major issues aside from a bit water pressure. Camper was well equipped. Would definitely recommend or rebook this in the future!

  We loved our holiday in Mouse. Louise was extremely friendly and a great communicator. She was very clear about what we did and didnt need to bring and was flexible on our collection/ drop off time. The motorhome had everything we needed, Louise offered her communication if we needed assistance and I cannot recommend the motorhome any more! Look no further if you want your perfect next holiday. We stayed in the motorhome as a 2, but this camper could comfortably fit another 1-2 people.
