Hiring rules

• Please return the van in same condition you received it: toilet to be emptied, cutlery/crokery cleaned, and general cleaning provided. In case you bring pet please clean after it throughout.
• Failer to clean the motorhome &equipment may result additional cleaning charge up to £100.00.
• Diesel to be refilled
• Mileage limit 120 miles per day, combined i.e. for 5 days you'd get 600 miles
• No offroad or mountain areas.
• Tyres flattened as result of unsafe driving such as curb damage to the wheels/tyres to be replaced by the hirer.
• Festival/events requests to be considered however is a subject to approval, failure to inform about festival destination may result fine/additional charges

• Hirer must be 26 years of age or older.

  The van was cozy yet spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four people. The kitchen was a good size, well-equipped, and everything was clean and well-maintained throughout.

  Had the best weekend in the van camping with my daughter, the van is clean and spacious, Anna was great and any info I needed she provided and was really flexible with pick up and drop off times, the beds where comfortable and the van was great to drive, I will definitely be hiring this again in the future

  The van was clean inside and up to a reasonable standard. It was easy to drive, comfortable but not faultless. The biggest issue (several) was no hot water for showering and sink. Other issues included toilet pump failure and leaking waste water tank. Despite assistance from more experienced campers we could not get the boiler to light. After a weekends camping , when we went to leave the starter battery was flat. When I returned the van I was told leave the keys in the letterbox, nobodys home I expected a higher standard from Camplify, I personally would not use this van again.

  I booked this van to take my 10-year old son away over half-term. As a single-Dad there's a bit of pressure to get holidays right and unfortunately this one ended up being disappointing. Anna was communicative and accommodating, and I don't like to be critical, but I was quite taken aback about the condition of the van not least because it was not that cheap. I like older vans, they are spacious and comfortable and have a nice feel, and many are very well looked after. Unfortunately this one wasn't one of those. It felt pretty battered with numerous things that were broken. Some quite serious like the loose handles to pull yourself up to the overcab, the split drainage hose for the grey water tank, and the non-functioning cab locks. It was also pretty grubby. On the final day I had a problem with the van refusing to idle, and the constant stalling was a bit stressful driving back through London. In all quite an upsetting experience and I felt I'd let my son down.
