(We have a strict no smoking and no pets policy). *Feel free to connect your USB to our TV to watch your own movies or listen to music. On arrival our fabulous reception team will be at hand to welcome you, ensuring a smooth check-in and will assist with any questions you may have including the purchase of all entertainment and tour passes as you wouldn't want to miss out on all the fun! (During C-19 season we have a new key box system due to safety regulations social distancing.) There’s always lots’ happening at Burnham on Sea, our amenities are just fantastic... We are a short walk to the beach and a stroll away from fishing lakes. We have a great choice of entertainment for all ages. In fact in the Summer Weeks we have live entertainment at our lively location. We run kids' clubs for different age ranges to keep the youngster’s amused. Theres a games room, pools, chill out spaces.. activities galore. The list is endless. With a 24 hour security watch you and your family can ensure you will always have a safe Haven holiday. Drop your bags and head over to where it all happens on our busy park. Burnham on sea is definitely the place to be.. You won't be disappointed.. in fact you'll be eager to book to return the following year! We look forward to hearing from you

Hiring rules

• We would be grateful if you could please respect our space as others will be using the facility after you. The decor is to remain as how you find it as all breakages, loss or damage of items will be accounted for and billable. We want you to be happy in our caravan and feel at home. We are sure you will be mindful and thoughtful of your neighbours as they are a great community up in Burnham.

• Please also be advised of our strict cancellation policy for the holiday home which runs in line with Haven's cancellation policy.
• We understand that sometimes your plans or circumstances may change and you may need to make alternative holiday arrangements. If you are unable to go on your holiday, we will always try to find an alternative for you. If you would like to discuss the options available or cancel your holiday, please call our team. They will be available to help you from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
• Alternatively, please drop us an email. Please remember to include your reference number and the reason for your cancellation.
• Please be aware that cancellation charges will be incurred if cancelling after 24hrs of making your booking. In some cases, we may also need to ask you for some paperwork to process your cancellation.
