An 8 year old 6 berth ABI static caravan which is home from home, double glazed & fully central heated. Main living area with dining table, 50" LED tv, full Sky HD package inc films & sports, a Bose quality sound system and soundbar. Wi-Fi also included The sofa folds down to a 3rd double bed. The Kitchen is fully furnished with gas oven & hob, sink with waste disposal unit, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, plates & all cutlery required. A baby high chair and travel cot are also supplied. Main bathroom has power shower, sink, toilet and storage shelves. Main double bedroom has its own en-suite included, a new kingsize ottoman bed(2024),dressing table and mirror, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. A double wardrobe, bathrobes, bedside cabinets & reading lights. A digital alarm clock with iPhone charge and a 32" LED tv on the wall. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, 2 cupboards and 2 bedside shelves. Outside there are parking spaces, a rattan table with 4 chairs & umbrella, BBQ & Fire-pit. Spacious decking on the front, side and rear of the van.

Additional information

Beautiful views from the caravan all around and backs on to a grass hill that has a ring of stones at the top. The site is very peaceful and everyone is very friendly here. Only a 10 min drive to Watchet and Williton. Home Farm is a family owned and ran site which has its own indoor pool, laundrette, grocery shop and also a beautiful private beach and waterfall just a few hundred yards walk away.

When leaving, the hirer must leave the holiday home in the condition it was found in.
Pets are allowed with a small surcharge per stay.

Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Hire Fee: From £70.00 per day
Service fee: £25.00

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £150.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Moderate

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sergio was great at communicating and answered every question, the caravan was very nice, perfect for a little getaway and the site was very quiet with a nice beach, stairs to the beach where a bit steep but we all had a lot of fun

Had a lovely relaxing holiday the caravan was spotless with everything you need . The garden was really pretty. The site was beautiful with sea views and a pub with a large garden . Sergio was easy to contact and was so thoughtful he left a gift because I had let him know it was my anniversary. I would definitely stay again.

Our little holiday in Sergio's caravan was amazing, what a lovely caravan!! Everything you could possibly need and more. Communication was superb and was quick. We took our little baby with us and the caravan had a travel cot and highchair which really helped! The campsite had everything you needed and the surrounding area was beautiful, well worth the walk down to the beach-breathe taking! Would highly recommend staying here and we all look forward to staying here again! Thank you so much Sergio!
