Collection: The van will be available to collect from 3PM onwards on the first day of hire (please allow 45 minutes for a handover) and must be returned by 11AM on the last day of hire (unless there is a prior agreement) – please note you will be liable to a £100.00 additional charge for every hour the van is late returning. Mileage: Inclusive mileage of 1,000 miles per week of hire (pro rata) - i.e: 425 for a three-day hire / 1,430 for a ten-day hire (thereafter 50p / mile). The van will have a full tank of diesel for when you arrive – please return it full. Insurance: The van will have full comprehensive insurance and breakdown cover for one driver aged between 30-75 years. Any additional drivers (between 30-75 years) will be an additional £8.00 per day. Please note that our insurance excess is £1,000.00 which you will be liable for out of your liability deposit if a claim is made.

Hiring rules

• Strictly no smoking in the van/awning.
• Upon booking we will require a copy of the photo card drivers' licence along with your national insurance number to allow us to complete a DVLA licence check please note these checks are completed to ensure your licence meets the criteria specified by our insurance company. We will also require two proofs of address (i.e utility bills, council tax, TV licence, bank/credit card statement).
• One/two small dogs will be considered per booking throws provided are to be used at all times to help prevent damage to upholstery.
• The van is not to be used to tow a vehicle or trailer.
• The van must not be driven through flood water or exposed to salt water.
• The van can be taken to Europe with prior agreement (additional charge of £95.00 per week) please note the van is GPS tracked.
• The van will have a full tank of diesel for when you arrive – please return it full.
• Inclusive mileage of 1,000 miles per week of hire (pro rata) i.e: 425 for a threeday hire / 1,430 for a tenday hire (thereafter 50p / mile).
• Pick up time is 3pm onwards on the first day of hire; return by 11am on the last day of hire (unless there is a prior agreement) – there is a £100.00 additional charge for every hour the van is late returning.
• Additional designated driver (£8.00 per day of hire)

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.
