Hiring rules

• Strictly no smoking in the van/awning.
• Upon booking we will require a copy of the photo card drivers' licence along with your national insurance number to allow us to complete a DVLA licence check please note these checks are completed to ensure your licence meets the criteria specified by our insurance company. We will also require two proofs of address (i.e utility bills, council tax, TV licence, bank/credit card statement).
• One two small dogs will be considered per booking throws provided are to be used at all times to help prevent damage to upholstery.
• The van is not to be used to tow a vehicle or trailer.
• The van must not be driven through flood water or exposed to salt water.
• The van can be taken to Europe with prior agreement (additional charge £95.00) please note the van is GPS tracked.
• Winston will have a full tank of diesel for when you arrive – please return him full.
• Inclusive mileage of 1,000 miles per week (8 days) of hire (pro rata) i.e: 425 for a fourday hire / 1,430 for an elevenday hire (thereafter 50p / mile).
• Available for festival hire but only with prior agreement.
• Pick up time is 3pm onwards on the first day of hire; return by 11am on the last day of hire (unless there is a prior agreement) – there is a £50.00 additional charge for every hour Winston is late returning.

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

  Leah & Josh were very friendly and welcoming, they explained everything we needed to know, provided an information pack on the van (with their contact details so they were available to help if needed) and went out of their way to help us (even retrieving some keys that we had mistakenly left behind). It was a pleasure to deal with them and we have no hesitation in fully recommending them. The van was great too, it had everything we needed and more. We did watch the videos on YouTube before we went which we found helpful.

  Would have no hesitation using this van again! or recommending to others. Very clear communication, instructions and walkthrough when we collected. The Van was immaculate and well kitted out. All of the extra items, chairs, table, outside cooking stove are all excellent quality. Leah responds very quickly to all requests for info and resolved an on site issue we were having with campsite electrics. The quality of this van made our trip very enjoyable!

  Excellent van for our trip. Very easy to use. Leah was so helpful too. The fact we could leave our car in a safe space too was a bonus. Wouldnt hesitate to use Leah & Winnie the campervan again. X
