Additional information

You can leave your car with us when you come to collect the campervan , as we have several vehicles parked on our land we will need to ask you to leave your keys with us so we can move your vehicle if required. Please bring covers for the seats if you have arranged to bring your pet to avoid stains from muddy paws. Festivals by prior arrangement only

Hiring rules

• Please drive our campervan in a careful and considerate manner, please be mindful that they are the most important part of our business, and the next customer will have their own adventure booked when you return the van.
• The van is provided to you with a full tank of diesel, please ensure when you return the van the tank is full.
• No smoking or vaping inside the van or awning, an extra charge of £50.00 will be made if this rule is broken
• No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins.
• Pets only upon application
• No festivals allowed
• Hirer age restrictions (Camplify Flex insurance covers 25 70 yrs of age)
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
• Van must return cleaned or will incur a £25.00 fee.
• Pick up from 10am Drop back by 4pm. We may be able to be a little flexible on pick up and drop off times only if we do not have a sameday turnover to do.
• No freecamping
• Remove muddy boots/shoes before entering the camper
• Ensure the pop up roof is properly fastened down before moving off
• Don't forget to unplug the electric hook up cable before moving the van
• Do not wind out the side awning if at all windy or gusty as it will most likely lift up over the van causing serious and costly damage
• Only close the glass cover on the hob when you are sure the heat from the gas rings has cooled down. if the glass is placed down when rings are hot the glass will shatter
• Travel Distance
• We include 100 miles per night, plus an additional 50 miles for each campervan hire period.
• 3 nights hire – 350 miles
• 4 nights hire – 450 miles
• 5 nights hire – 550 miles
• 6 nights hire – 650 miles Unlimited Miles for 7 or more nights.
• Additional miles will be charged .30p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
• We include unlimited miles for campervan hire periods of 7 nights or more
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
• Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• Cleaning Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

  We booked Betsy and this was our first time hiring a Camper. Lynsey was super helpful, very informative and we had a good 30 mins show round on how to work everything prior which we appreciated. She had everything in that you would need for the weekend. Literally could have turned up with sleeping bags & clothes. We would 100% book again with Lynsey.

  Just back from an excellent weekend away in Betsy! She was perfect - easy to book, lovely and cosy to sleep in, equipped with everything you could need and easy to drive. The owners gave us brilliant handover information, including a handy 'How To...' booklet that I found very useful. Also the fantastic drop off service helped with family logistics. I would highly recommend hiring Betsy.
