Signed rental agreement Additional criteria:- 1. Must meet the specified age limit within your policy and have at least 2 years driving experience (Full UK or EU licence) 2. Two, 3 point convictions are acceptable (i.e. 2x Sp30’s, 3pts each) without referral. Single convictions totalling 6 points+ will require referral. The following documentation is acceptable for proof of address alongside the drivers licence You must provide the following: - • 1 utility bill / statement (primary form of proof) • 1 of the documents listed below (secondary proof) Key document criteria: - • Both must be dated within 90 days of the hire date • The address & name on your licence must match both documents What is acceptable:- • Utilities are as follows: Electricity, Water, Gas, Broadband, Council tax or Landline 1 of the following alongside a utility:- • TV/internet/landline telephone bill (Including Sky/Virgin/BT etc) • Bank or Credit Statement • Credit card bill / statement • Mortgage statement • Mobile Phone Bills (subject to being under the age of 25.   A few hiccups in the beginning quickly rectified and explained by Glenn, we took the camper up to fort William and climbed Ben Nevis it was the perfect getaway!

  Glenn has stocked Beni with everything you need for a great trip. Communication was great in the run into the hire as was the handover, induction and the reference manual. Beni is a big van with a big heart and gave our family a great trip without missing a beat.

  On arrival Glenn greeted us and showed us around Beni the motor home in a very pleasant manner. He explained everything in detail and gave us a manual he had written to help us remember and also some tips for the road. The RV is a "big beast" but ran well with no running issues. It has plenty of room inside so we didn't have to mess around turning beds into tables etc. We experienced some difficulties with the gas supply to the fridge and stove and Glenn responded immediately to help resolve the issues. Upon return we were unable to fill up the tank because of the recent fuel crisis but Glenn was very understanding about this issue and made handover a very pleasant experience. Overall it was a pleasurable experience for us.
