- To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please follow these rules:
- ✅ Driver Requirements – Drivers must be 2579 years old and hold a valid licence, and have a clean driving record. Only named drivers may operate the vehicle.
- ✅ Pickup & Return – The motorhome must be returned on time, clean, and with a full fuel tank to avoid extra charges.
- Pickup time 3:00pm
- Return time 11:00am
- Late fees £50.00 per hour.
- ✅ Pets – Preapproved pets only; they must not be left unattended. Any damage or excessive dirt will be charged.
- ✅ Toilets & Waste – The toilet cassette must be emptied before return (£50.00 fee if not). Use only approved chemicals and dispose of waste responsibly.
- ✅ Gas, Electricity & Safety – Turn off gas appliances when not in use. Do not tamper with gas, electric, or water systems. Be mindful of battery usage.
- ✅ Insurance & Breakdowns – The hirer will pay a fee of £750.00 for insurance excess. Contact our 24/7 support for breakdowns, more details will be given upon handover. Report any damage immediately.
- ✅ Festivals & Events – Must be preapproved; additional security deposits may be required.
- ✅ Mileage & Travel – Stick to agreed mileage limits; excess mileage will be charged. No travel outside the UK without prior approval.
- ✅ Deposits & Charges – A deposit of £250.00 is required. Damage, missing items, or additional cleaning will be charged for.
- By hiring our motorhome, you agree to respect the vehicle, drive responsibly, and follow these rules for a hasslefree experience.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
