The van had broken slats on bunk that was dangerous. The toilet did not work and was broken. The shower did not work because heat pump did not wilork. The slats were in a floor level cupboard with exposed nails. The van was not levelled and water butt not filled up The bin was sealed over, there was mouldy toilet paper and mould in bathroom sink. The fridge did not work. Temp did not drop below 17C and window brackets were broken. Photo evidence can be provided
