HIRE RULES If are traveling aboard AS OF 2024 ! You must purchase a VOH (vehicle on hire) certificate for travelling outside the UK, these cost £8.00 and can be ordered from the RAC.***PLEASE INFORM US AND WE WILL SUPPLY THE PAPERWORK YOU NEED*** 1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our motorhomes. We want to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment for all renters. 2. Pets Allowed with Fee: We understand that pets are part of the family. You are welcome to bring your furry friends along, but please note that there is a £30.00 fee to cover the additional cleaning and maintenance costs associated with pets (unfortunately no dogs that heavily drop hair are allowed)please ask . 3. Clean Return: Kindly return the motorhome in a relatively clean condition. Please remove all trash, ensure surfaces are wiped down, and leave the interior in a tidy state. Excessive dirt or damage may result in additional fees. 4. Mileage Allowance: Your rental includes a daily mileage allowance of 150 miles. If you expect to exceed this limit, we can OFFER A EXTENDED MILEAGE ADDON FOR £200.00 if you intend to go over the set mileage limit (must be booked in advance with our insurance). 5. Fuel Level: The motorhome should be returned with a full tank of fuel, just as it was when you collected it. If the fuel level is not the same, we will charge for the missing fuel at the local rate. 6. Empty Waste Tanks: Before returning the motorhome, ensure that all waste tanks are empty. We appreciate your help in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all renters. Please, no "little presents" left behind! These rules are designed to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all our customers. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to ask. • INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
• Before travel we need.
• A DVLA licence check code
• 2 proofs of ID ie Passport / work id / drivers licence
• 3 proofs of address in the forms of letter headers in your name (no info just the header )
• and cleared funds
• LATE RETURN IS CHARGED AT £150.00 AFTER 1 HOUR or a days rental whichever is greater

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
