Hiring rules

To keep Blizzard in top shape and ensure a great experience for everyone, please follow these simple house rules:
🚗 Driving & Usage
✅ Licensed Drivers Only – The driver must be 25+ years old with a valid license.
✅ No OffRoading – Stick to paved roads; gravel & rough terrain can cause damage.
✅ Fuel Policy – Return with a full tank (just as you received it).
🛌 Inside the Van
✅ No Smoking or Vaping – Strictly no smoking inside the van.
✅ Pets Welcome (By Request) – Please let us know in advance. Keep the van clean.
✅ No Shoes on Beds
✅ Be Tidy – Return the van in a clean condition to avoid extra cleaning fees.
🔋 Power & Facilities
✅ Use HookUps When Possible – Helps keep the battery charged for a smooth trip.
✅ Mind the Fridge – Don’t overload it; keep the airflow clear for best cooling.
✅ Water Tank Care – Only use clean water and empty wastewater properly.
📅 PickUp & DropOff
✅ PickUp: 12 PM | DropOff: 11 AM – Late returns may result in extra charges.
✅ Report Any Issues – Let us know ASAP if something isn’t working properly.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
