ABOUT BIFFY Sleeping: The bed is a full size double 10inch thick memory foam mattress. The seats can be used to climb up to the bed with ease. Please do not stand on the retractable table. It WILL break. Seating: There are two comfy seats in the kitchen area facing a pull-out table. There are two camping chairs and a table in the garage area for seating outside. The front cab has three comfy seats although this camper only sleeps 2. All electrical systems are UKCA & CE rated. All charging systems are from Victron. About the area: Woolwell Plymouth is on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. A 2 minute drive will take you up onto the beautiful Roborough Down. Straight from pick-up you will be with 30 minutes of Cornwall, and many beautiful beaches on the Devon South Coast. Parking: You are welcome to leave your vehicle on the driveway and pick-up from Plymouth Train Station or Bus station is also available with a small charge. Cooking & Cleaning Equipment: There are two Portable Gas Burners which can be used to cook inside or outside. A full set of utensils, cutlery, glasses, chopping board ect is provided. Cleaning spray, sponge, dish towels & washing up liquid provided. Salt & Pepper shakers provided. There are two bins for general waste and recycling under the sink. Water and Sanitation: There is a 50-litre fresh water tank in the garage area which can be filled with the hose attachment provided to the rear. Most campsites will provide a water top up point. The water tanks have an overflow so when filling the tanks just relax and wait for the sound/sight of water flowing from under the van. In my experience building these vans for a number of years grey water collection tanks tend to smell and not all campsites have waste disposal so there is a simple overflow from the sink. Bio safe washing up liquid is provided to keep everything hassle free & ecofriendly. There is a water outlet point at the rear in the garage area to wash dogs or have a fresh outside shower post beach swim. No toilet facilities are provided however you will be hard pressed to find a campsite without facilities. Audio Equipment: Biffy has a touch-screen Bluetooth stereo system which has aux-in socket so you can play your own music. Driving: Biffy is Manual and has Cruise Control. He’s very easy to drive and does not struggle on hills at all. Please be conscious that Biffy is wide and tall. Please take care in the lanes looking for low branches. The large wing mirrors are retractable for tight spots. Biffy also has parking sensors for easy parking. The van is also no longer than a standard parking space (about as long as a LWB transporter) so no need to worry about parking.

Hiring rules

• Drivers must have a valid drivers licence
• Camplify is a per day bookings site. So a 2 day booking will be for 1 night. To maximise your stay I have set Checkin for 10:00 and Checkout for 15:00 the following day. If you would like to drop the camper back outside of these times please let me know in your booking request. It will depend on calendar availability.
• Off roading is prohibited
• Pets are welcome however the bed is not an appropriate safe height for dogs especially bigger dogs. It is preferable that you let your lovely mutts sleep in the cab or kitchen area. If you have a small dog that must sleep in the bed with you for an enjoyable trip please can you bring your own bedding. Thank you!
• Please do not deplete the battery level below 11.7V. This would be difficult to do with the charging systems available however it is important the level is monitored on the readout provided.
• FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, please report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Mileage limit of 143 miles per day with 50p a mile thereafter. Increased mileage limits possible for longer hire periods. Please enquire. Thank you :)!

  Fantastic weekend in Biffy. Communication from Tom was excellent and handovers smooth. Van is kitted out with everything you could need. Bed super comfy and van is really cosy, especiallly when it's stormy outside. Very easy to drive and would certainly recommend you give it a go.

  We Took the van from Plymouth to Skye and had a week walking in Scotland. The drive up was incredibly easy and comfortable made possible by the van, it was great to drive such a long way. While we were up in Scotland we did a combination of wild camping and in campsites. In Campsites it was super easy as the van can be parked on hard standing and grass pitches the black out blinds and windscreen covers worked very well to get privacy for changing and sleeping. The foldable table and chairs were great and enabled us to sit outside every evening and have dinner. The fridge and drawers had lots of space and were able to store enough food for 2 people for the week( even perishables as the fridge is surprisingly large). The water lasts a good couple of days including a wild shower which was great. It is super simple to fill up when we stayed at campsites. The solar panels on the roof ensured we never ran out of power in the van. The bed is super comfy and easily fit 2 of us, so great to not have to pack it away each day. Overall a fantastic trip great communicative host in a really lovely robust van- thank you Tom for such a lovely trip we look forward to renting with you again!
