  • Seat covers are to be used if you bring a pet.
  • There will be a geographical restriction for any hire period to Cornwall only.
  • Strictly No festivals, Stag or Hen events.
  • Please return the van in the same cleanliness state it was hired at the beginning or you may incur a £20.00 excess cleaning fee.
  • No offroad unsealed roads must be
  • approved first. Please be aware

  • Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
  • Awning must not be deployed in bad weather / overnight / when leaving the van

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
