Northumberland National Park is the northernmost in England. Also one of the least populated, it is an ideal destination for peaceful outdoor holidays. Bellingham Camping and Caravanning Club Site is in the rural Tyne Valley on the eastern edge of the national park, about 15 miles north of the market town of Hexham.
Lace up your walking boots: the campsite’s on the long-distance trail the Pennine Way, running through part of Northumberland National Park on its 268-mile route. This is a modern and well-maintained caravan park with plenty of facilities, including a quaint shop selling a variety of local produce.

Explore it every day of your holiday from the family-run Budle Bay Campsite, just two miles from Bamburgh and 200 metres from Budle Bay.
This is another top site for walkers, as several trails start from the Budle Bay grounds and the Northumberland Coast Path passes right by. Make sure to go island hopping around the area, too: the Farne Islands are accessible from Bamburgh and the causeway to Holy Island with Lindisfarne Castle is just 10 miles north!
