Where does your passion for caravanning/camping comes from?

We have always Caravanned & camped since I was a kid, it goes with the surfing life. Your favourite destinations to travel to? Devon (crowded but not too bad), Pembrokeshire (empty but rainy), Cornwall (too crowded but lucky I can park in my mate’s woods).

What do you love most about your van?

So much stuff to fiddle with, different animal to those vans of the 60s and 70s.

Why did you decide to join Camplify?

It took me about a year to complete the sign-up but eventually, a friend came over from Oz and told me how big you were over there.

What do you enjoy most about the experience?

Every time you deliver a van it’s like going on holiday. Also, the technical challenge of trying to ensure a client has power, hot water etc for there duration of stay is quite interesting.

What are your future ambitions for your Camplify business?

Expand into “improved vintage vans “.

How are you planning to use the extra income made via Camplify?

Building the fleet.

Any interesting stories about your hires?

Mine all seem to be “interesting”. It’s always very strange getting to know somebody’s personality through the people on the site that you deliver to, also it can be interesting trying to fix “problems” over the phone.
