Glastonbury Festival 2024 tickets are nearly available for purchase, and whether you want to catch your favourite bands in the music lineup or check out theatre and cabaret, there’s something for everyone. Tickets go on sale on 5 November and demand is as high as ever.

To make sure you’ve got everything you need for the big weekend, we’ve put together the complete camping guide you’ll need to make the most of next year’s Glastonbury Festival.

Where and when is Glastonbury 2024?

Let’s start with the really important stuff. The annual musical bonanza will take place between 26th-30th June 2024. As always, the festival will be held in Pilton, Somerset , just 45 minutes south of Bristol.

Who’s playing at Glastonbury?

Unfortunately, the lineup hasn’t been released yet, but there are some pretty good rumours flying around. We won’t say who, but their names might rhyme with ‘Badonna’ and ‘Barry Lyles’. Keep your eyes peeled.

How much are campervan tickets for Glastonbury?

Tickets for entry to the festival in a campervan are £200 for a standard pitch and £300 for a large pitch. When you book, make sure you’re selecting the campervan ticket, as otherwise you won’t be allowed in with your van. Spaces are limited, so if you’re looking to roll into the festival in style, make sure you book as soon as tickets are released. You’ll need to make sure your van has a fitted sleeping area and dedicated washing or cooking facilities, as these are the only vans that will be allowed to camp on-site.

When can I buy tickets for Glastonbury 2024?

All tickets go on sale on the 5th November 2023 , however you’ll need to be registered by 5pm 30th October , so get in quick! We recommend also booking your van as early as possible, as those closest to the festival will be snapped up quickly.

Campervan Friendly Sites at Glastonbury Festival

If you want to park your campervan rental on-site, Glastonbury provides designated campervan fields. For safety and comfort, you’ll be able to access facilities on the camping grounds like water points, waste disposal, and electricity hookups. Let’s break down the ins and outs of each of the campsites.

East Quiet Campervans / Hired, Delivered Vehicle Pitches (Blue Route)

If you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere away from the festival's hustle and bustle, the East Quiet Campervans area provides a serene environment. It's family friendly and more comfortable for those with access needs. Just be mindful that this also means it’s further from the festival site, so prepare for a bit of a walk.

East General Campervans (Blue Route)

If you want to reduce your time to and from the festival, this is the field for you. It's ideal for those who want to wake up and stumble into the festival grounds as quickly as possible. This does mean that it will get noisy and you may want to bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones. Or, you know, rock on all night.

Bath & West Campervans Regular Pitch (White Route)

Located on the White route, this area tends to be quieter, making it suitable for those who want a balance between convenience and tranquillity. This site is even farther from the festival grounds than the East Quiet Campervans and Blue Route, so be prepared with walking shoes or an alternative transport option. Facilities are also more sparse in the area.

Bath & West Campervans Large Pitch (White Route)

The Large Pitch option provides even more space for your campervan than the Regular Pitch option. But like the Regular Pitch, you’ll still have quite a trek to facilities and the festival grounds.

Can I have that info in a bite-sized chunk please:

  • For quiet and accessibility, choose the East Quiet Campervan Field.

  • For spontaneity and proximity, the East General Campervans will be ideal.

  • If you’re looking for even more peace and quiet and don’t mind the extra distance, give the Bath & West Campervan Fields a go.
