Nicole was an excellent communicator, she informed us thoroughly about everything we needed to know about the van and the journey, and was very responsive and kind. She even picked us up from the station. The van had everything we needed and more for the trip. The bed was very comfortable and everything worked as it should. We had an amazing experience and we would definitely rent again from Nicole!
