The motorhome was perfect, it drove smoothly and everything we would need was provided for our trip. The owners are very nice, and communication was easy. All safety features were should to us on pick up. Would highly recommend for any small family travelling around the UK.

Burstner is a top quality brand so if everything worked I'd happy give this 5 stars. There were 2 adults and 2 dogs using the motorhome, which was perfect for our needs. If I was hiring the van again, I'd want to check a number of things were working or addressed. - Water - there appeared to be a problem with the pump as we had no running water, so couldn't use the sinks, shower or flush the toilet. We bought a replacement fuse but that didn't fix things. - Oven/grill - whilst it lights okay, and despite trying many times, we couldn't get it to stay lit when releasing the on/off button. It just kept going out. As a result food we'd bought went to waste as we had no way to cook it. - Cab aircon - the temperature was in the 20s during our hire and the aircon definitely wasn't putting out cold air. We ended up opening the windows just to get some ventilation in. - Roof leak - it rained heavily one night and the joint above the kitchen was leaking/dripping and we had to put pans down to collect the water. Thankfully it wasn't on the drop down bed and we were in the van at the time to prevent internal damage. - Hob kettle - although minor, the photos of the kitchen utensils shows a hob kettle, which is great to use when out and about after a walk and not on a site with electric. Unfortunately a previous renter had taken it and it wasn't replaced - I could have bought one from home had I known this before picking the van up. None of the above ruined our holiday as we mostly stayed on campsites and the weather was pretty nice. It's not what you'd expect from a quality motorhome though and detracted from our enjoyment.

A really lovely van and excellent communication from owners. We stayed as a family of 4 and had a wonderful time. Very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend !
