Terrible. where do I start. We hired this van to go to the In It Together Festival. I asked to pick the van up early and lee charged me £50 cash. (Two hours early) Once I picked the van up it smelt very strongly of cleaning and disinfectant, I had the feeling this was masking something. the advert said it had a microwave and a BBQ and patio chairs, when we got to site they were not in the van. This was a problem as we had lots of microwave meals for our children. on the second day my wife went for a shower and whilst showering she noticed brown over the shower head, on inspection we found that it was actually faeces. as you can imagine we were horrified. I had to clean this off myself and sterilise the shower head as my wife had to clean herself off. I informed Lee of this and he advised he would come and clean it, but obviously too late for that. Nobody went in the toilet or the shower after that all weekend for obvious reasons. the whole weekend we could smell a terrible smell coming from the toilet area, once I went to clean the toilet cassette on my last day I was disgusted what I found. Underneath the cassette housing was all I can describe was Liquid faeces, the whole underside of the cassette was caked in it. This is where the stink was coming from. this had obviously not been checked. I had to glove up and empty it. this van was not dirty it was a health hazard. once I returned the van, Lee then tried accusing me of damaging the van. He also requested that he would waiver the fine for us attending the festival, even though it says the vehicle is festival friendly. after all that Lee offered to give my £50 cash early Pick up back, what an absolute cheek. I refused any money back after his poor attitude as I would prefer to let people know and not have the experience we did. This was a very expensive weekend and I really want people to know how this went. I would avoid this van and Lee entirely.

The van drove lovely, very easy to drive and drove well. We took the can to a few campsites our first time. Brilliant, cant wait to take it out again some time.
