The van was great apart from when we went to pull the bed out the plastic handle just came off. Others we have hired have a more robust metal one. We booked for two days and said we were collecting Friday at 2 pm and returning Sunday at 4 pm and that was agreed but then when we were away we were advised we had to pay for an extra day. We paid £15 for the repair of the handle £125 for the extra day and were told on the phone to not worry about the qtr tank of petrol we had used so just paid cash for that of £10. We paid £160 extra in total and Laura agreed to refund £15 via bank transfer but despite chasing and texting no refund was received for the overpayment. £510 in total for a two night hire was just too much.

Highly recommend hiring this van! Its a beautiful van and very friendly people hiring it out, we had a great time away in it, thank you!
