We were first time hirers of a campervan for our 'staycation' this summer. We have a 15 year old son (who is bigger than me) and a 14 year old daughter (who is tiny) This van is immaculate. Can't complain about the cleanliness at all and it is very smart looking and has all mod cons. The awning is excellent and very easy to use. We didn't use the sink or take up the option of using gas for the hob. The biggest issue that arose is that, in our opinion, it isn't big enough for a family of our size. We had to change sleeping arrangement inside the van 3 times. Reckon it best suits 2 adults and 2 small children at best. We had issues with the electrics whilst we were away, and would have liked to have been offered some compensation for this as it did effect our enjoyment. Luckily, we took our own lights otherwise we would have been sat in the dark. Also, a hose wasn't supplied. At every camp site we visited, we couldn't fill up the water tank as we didn't have our own hose. This really needs to be supplied as part of the van. All in all, lots of plus points, but also some big areas of improvement too....
