All went perfectly, van was as described and layout perfect for Dad & 2 teenage daughters. George responded immediately to all the pre hire questions I had. I had some issues with HW system & fridge not working, but I suspect my fault/laziness to read instructions (which were there). Van drove very well. If you are very short / frail winding awning back in may be a chore. I would definitely hire again.
