A great van - easy space to organise and all cooking equipment was provided. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.

Couldnt have asked for a better camper, it was everything we needed for our time away, Yvette who we dealt with was more then helpful especially when it came to our drop off, as we had a late trip back on the return date. We definitely be booking again for our next trip.

We got a message the evening before our trip saying that the glow plug light had just come on the van (Pepper). Kris was to take the van to the garage on the day we were due to collect. We had a call around 9:30am to say all was good with the van so we trusted that and proceeded to go ahead with the trip. On the way up to our destination in the van, we stopped at the services for a break, the engine then wouldnt start after multiple tries. We called Kris to let him know about this and he stated it was probably just due to rain we were having and it hasnt happened before. Having now seen the previous hirers review, we know this is a lie. We finally got the van to start but after about 20 minutes back on the motorway the glow plug light came back on. Finding somewhere safe to pull off, we called Kris to seek help and tested the diagnostics (yes, he sent us away with a diagnostics kit!! Major red flag!). He ensured everything was okay because nothing has ever been wrong with the van and previous hirers have traveled Europe and Scotland in it with no problem. We finally got to our destination after much stress, the whole week was just incredibly stressful and the experience was ruined by all the issues. The van never started first time, started smelling of burning and we could not enjoy our time away. We even booked a campsite closer to home for the last night so we wouldnt be caught out if something were to happen. On the way back to dropping the van off we searched out of interest when the last MOT was, to find the MOT had expired so we were driving around the whole 5 days ILLEGALLY. We have since had a refund but do not advise anyone to book through Kris again as he certainly is not trustworthy.

This was the message I sent to the owner, but 4 days on, no reply As we said when we returned the van the warning light as shown in the picture came on several times and the vehicle wouldnt start if you left it more than a couple of hours. It would take several attempts. We chose not to use any of the kitchen features as we were concerned the vehicle would leave us stranded and did not plug anything in at all. Please get it checked before your next hirer as it made for a very stressful weekend. We only traveled local and slept at home for 1 night in the end. A disappointing experience and we know the owner was aware of the issue as when we arrived to collect the van they had jump started it and were charging the battery through the jump leads.

A fantastic holiday with Misty the van, a great experience to be able to use it as a home from home whilst at a festival. So much better than being in a tent, especially when it rains. Kris and the team did a fantastic job getting it ready and providing all the little things needed for a great long weekend. Highly recommend will book again.

Misty was as described. Good to drive and had all the facilities advertised. Well stocked with everything you need including an attachable awning to give you masses of extra space. Hand over and hand back were fine. Communication was a bit hit and miss with some of my messages left unanswered, but nothing that adversely affected our trip. 5 stars for all sections, but only four due the slightly sketchy Communications. I would use again as definitely cheaper than buying your own van!

All as described! Was the perfect van for 2 adults and 2 kids for the weekend. We were nice and warm and dry even when the weather wasnt!
