Poor experience. Van was not up to scratch. In particular, the description stated this van had lots of essential equipment, such as an electric Fridge, cooker, TV...... yet 2 days before hire we enquired about these items to be advised none if it works unless you have an electric hook up??? Never mentioned before or in the description. We were wild camping, in an open field and had spent over £1000 on tickets to a music festival- no hook up available. Therefore the van was useless. Thomas was very nonchalant about it via text when we asked about the situation, replying "sorry.....I should have mentioned that", well, too late as we were leaving 2 days later, little option left but to just go with it. We had to purchase a £400 generator for the 4 night trip to keep the food and drink cold and edible and run electricity through that. Total waste of money as won't be needed again. In addition, the bed is only about 5ft in length, therefore your feet will hang off the end- not comfortable at all. We left early from the trip as I couldn't spend another night on the rock hard and small bed. We complained to Camplifly, they weren't interested, took the money quite happily from us eventhough unhappy with the trip. Basically we paid for a makeshift bed in a campervan, when we had a large Transit van at home that we could have put a matress into and saved us the £400. Finally, with the greatest of respect, this is a home converted van by two youngsters in their 20's, converted during covid, as their lock down project, and, it showed, very rustic, great for them, but not for 2 adults in their late 40's, over 5ft 8.

perfect van for our week away, good value for money and the van was clean and tidy. Pick up and drop off was easy and organised around us. Would defined use again thank you!

It was fine but can not really suitable for wild camping as everything was electric although Thomas gave us a small gas cooker. Great hosts and communication was fab.

Great little break in the van. It was lovely to take myself off for a weekend. It was very clean and equipped with clear instructions. Tom and Lauren were great. Very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Our holiday was amazing! We spent great weeks travelling around Scotland. The van had pretty much everything we needed, was comfortable and easy to use. Definitely recommend!

Great little camper, well equipped - exactly as advertised plus a lovely welcome basket too. Communication with Thomas was easy and swift.
