We had 6 nights in Renee and it was perfect for myself, husband and 2 young children (age 7 and 8). The van was easy to drive, spacious, comfortable and came with everything we needed for the holiday. Caroline was a great host and quick to respond to my messages. The whole experience was really easy. Thank you Caroline (and Renee) for a great experience.

Had a great trip to Camp Bestival in the van. It's smooth to drive and easy to set up. All the features like the rocknroll bed, the awning, the pop top and the rotating passenger captains seat we managed to do with no issues, despite being first-timers.

Lovely van with everything you need in it.

We hired for 10 days. Only told on the day of collection the awning did not work/was complicated to work so do not use, and one seatbelt was not working. We had no choice but to carry on as van paid and campsites booked. Following communications with Carolyn it was discovered that the awning had been broken at some point since I booked in Feb 24 by a hirer and when I challenged this was told the previous people did not mind it not working! Later found out the ones that did not mind had a tent with them. It did affect our enjoyment of the van as had no cover for table and chairs or to have van door open in not so nice weather. Previous to this Carolines communication seemed ok as she told us about damage done to the van a couple of days before pick up which was cosmetic. Not sure why she did not inform us of the 2 non functioning features of the van. I would have appreciated the honesty up front, prior to making final payment would have been nice or as damage happened. She did offer compensation which following a chat to clampify was the top amount I would have received if I complained formerly with them, so I accepted reluctantly. The van was otherwise fit for purpose, drove well and was as described.

Great hire. Caroline was brilliant, with great communication from start to finish. Van was super comfortable, with the bed being especially so. We hired it for a festival for 4 days over the Bank Holiday weekend, and it was really great. Didn't use the electric hookup. Van drives really easily too, and is very economical on fuel.

It's smooth to drive, nice and nippy. The interior is well equipped and the van is very cosy to sleep in. Love being able to see out through the roof and have natural air coming in through the vent. Caroline was a fab host, very helpful throughout.

Renne, was the perfect companion for our unforgettable journey through Wales over the weekend. The van really comfortable, drove nicely and was equipped with all the essentials you need.
