We thought that we were hiring someones personal van, but on collection found it to be another company?. Also told that the shower tray had been repaired that day, but it was a messy job. a very rough job, not very professional. The van drove well to the campsite, compact yes but ok for us. as we were eating out, so just for sleeping and breakfast. The problem came while hubby was having a shower, I was outside the van at the time. When he got out of the bathroom he found that the water from the shower had come through the van instead of draining, the water was flowing like a river across the van. We use all our towels and whatever we could to mop up before any damaged occoured. which then left us with no way to shower and loads of wet washing to store before coming home. Thankfully we were only away over the long weekend. On returning the van hubby explained what had happened and was told that they had just spent £500 to get it fixed, and sorry.Was glad to get home shower and wash the soaking towels.and clothes, we were so dissapointed. expensive, we are experienced caravaners only used this as our caravan is in for repair. Not likely to use again

We had Millie for 4 days the Handover from Helen was straightforward all scuffs and marks on thd van were catalogued and agreed by Helen and I . The van is very clean, well equipped and comfortable enough for two people. The bed can be used as two singles or a double. We had a great time and will be sure to use Katrina and Helen to book a campervan in the future

We didn't get the van we booked but was upgraded due to inconvenience with no extra cost, any problems in working anything, they was on phone straight away, highly recommended, great first experience

We had a great trip in Louie, he drove great and was comfortable on the roads and everything driving-wise in good working order. The hob and water system were easy to use and on evenings it provided a nice, cosy setting to come home to. Camp chairs, table, wind beater and awning all came in handy too - on the days it didn't rain!

The reservation process was all smooth and handover completed. Unfortunately when we arrived at our destination we found there was a problem with the fridge and the leisure battery. There was communication back and forth to try resolve the issue and an offer to send a new battery however as we were 4 hours away and at an event the engineer would not have been allowed on site. When returning the van Helen was apologetic and advised the issue will be investigated and the management will be in contact. Hopefully a suitable resolution can be reached

Helen was lovely and great. Anything we needed help with she was there no matter what time day or night. Can't wait for the next round trip
