Great van , would hire again

I had to travel 1.5 hours to collect/drop off the van, Wayne was super flexible and allowed me to collect early. Super friendly and talked in depth about everything i needed to know, the van was perfect for a weekend away with my daughter, it was fully equipped with everything you would need. Wayne was easy to contact for any needs i had over the weekend. Would definitely recommend

We had a great experience in Duke and would definitely book again. Communication with Wayne & Michelle was excellent and their handover was very detailed. The van came with everything you need for a camping trip and was very clean and tidy and drove really well.

Absolutely amazing MOTORHOME,exactly what we need for us plus 2 dachshund dogs:)! Owners are fantastic with great communication! Highly recommend!

Firstly, thanks Wayne and Michelle in being able to hire me the van at such short notice. I had a a few snagging issues in setting up (things I had forgotten mainly.) and they were super helpful and responded quickly. The van was clean and tidy, ran well and was decent on the fuel, and they have tried to kit it out with all the bits and pieces youd need.

A really well kitted out van. Has everything you could want and easy to drive (apparently). Wayne gave us an excellent introduction especially as we hadn't motorhomed before. Had a great time.

Can not fault the van, it was lovely, but we booked from a Friday to a Monday, expecting all day Friday to at least Sunday evening, our booking stated 3 days X daily rate, which we paid for. We were first told we could pick up at 10am Friday, but we were able to change this to 8.30am. On collection though, we were told the van had to be back by 12pm Sunday, no exceptions; obviously at this time it was too late to cancel and find another van, so just had to go along with it. Our weekend plans were spoilt as we had to head back from Saturday night, and was unable to do our second stop over, as we would not of been back in time for 12pm Sunday. In the end we took the van back by 10.30am Sunday just so we could salvage some of the Sunday to do something. By the time the demo was over on collection it was 9.45am. We was only allowed the van for just over 50 hours, instead of nearer 72 hours, which was the 3 days we got charged for. Communication was not great, and some emails went unanswered.
