After a lot of planning and replanting keeping up to date with the changes for COVID, we finally got on the road with The Mac One. To start the review, Dom could not be more flexible and accomodating with regards to our booking, for which we were incredibly grateful. Dom was willing to work with us and Camplify to ensure we could get away on our trip when it was safe to do so. We met Dom first about 7 months ago when we first booked the van for Glastonbury, he showed us the van and explained everything to us. We finally got away last week and met with him just beforehand again; Dom provided everything we could ever have expected and more. Literally all we needed to do was add ourselves and some food and off we went!! Next to mention is of course the van; a fantastically equipped vehicle with all that we needed. Good on fuel, an easy and enjoyable drive, and a comfortable stay for the 8 days we were on the road! Brilliant leisure battery which didn't let us down once for all our charging and electrical needs. We completed the NC500 in comfort and with ease, both my partner and I enjoyed the drive as much as the views!! There was plenty of space for the 2 of us and all our gear for the week, all packed away in the numerous storage spaces. Dom kindly filled the water and ensured that there was plenty of gas available for the stove and grill. As I've said, Dom provided everything we could have needed for our trip which made things alot easier for us!! Finally we couldn't have possibly asked for a better person to hire a vehicle from; from the off Dom has always been approachable and on hand to offer support and guidance when needed. He was able to answer any of our questions and queries and was contactable all hours of the day. He accommodated short notice requests and honestly couldn't have been more helpful to us! Already pencilled in some dates for next year to get on the road again, think we've definitely found our man with a van for the future!! Thank you Dom for everything, really is appreciated. You've made our only chance to get away this year a reality, which we both needed!

What an amazing holiday! We booked the Campervan for our first camping trip with the children. The van itself had everything we needed, plenty of storage space inside the van, a huge boot, well equipped kitchen, charging points, baby monitor, the list goes on! We hired the canopy awning which came in very handy with the bad weather and for extra sleeping space, it was really easy to put up and take down. We also hired the outdoor furniture which got plenty of use. Emily was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, she is incredibly knowledgeable and we asked a lot of questions as first timers from recommendations on campsites to electric hook ups (which wasnt needed for a weekend away)! When we picked up the van Emily showed us everything we needed to know and was available if needed whilst we were away. We had a great time and have already booked our next trip away! We would thoroughly recommend Emily and this Campervan to anyone.

Booked this van for Glastonbury festival; 3 of us volunteer there each year and having the van made a huge difference to our experience. Emily was really helpful throughout the whole process and dealt with all my questions and queries really quickly. The van was really well equipped for everything we needed, Emily also provided loads of equipment and bits in the van which made our lives a lot easier. The van was really comfortable for travelling and sleeping in, both important for working at a festival! Seemed to be really good on fuel, which was a massive plus; only used half a tank to drive from Manchester to Warrington and back!! Massive benefit was being able to leave my car there, secure and safe which was reassuring. Emily was really helpful on check in and went through everything we needed to know; it was the first time I had ever used a camper or driven a van and it was a really nice drive. We took the awning which Emily offers; this turned out to be a real life saver for the money it cost; really simple to put up and take down (a 10 minute job for each). Really would recommend Emily and this camper to anyone, so much so we have already asked about booking it next year and for other trips we have started planning!!
