Velma was specially imported from Japan and fitted with a custom conversion in 2024! Velma has already taken us to Northern France, mid Wales, the Lake District, Cornwall and the North Norfolk coast. Velma the Vellfire allows for a campervan experience with ease. This van is perfect for a solo trip or for two, but with a squeeze can accommodate a small child (2+1). Velma is dog friendly for small-medium dogs. The van is easy to switch between traveling and camping with a pop up roof and rock & roll bed options. It has a modern interior and its compact size (1.95 metres in height) allows for parking in regular parking spaces, multistory car parks, and she is ULEZ LOW EMISSIONS COMPLIANT. Our custom conversion features a rock & roll bed, which can be set as either a bed or a bench seat with isofix fittings. A pop-up roof bed allows another space for sleeping (1+1) plus a zip window to open up and enjoy the sunshine, views and sunsets. Velma keeps going with off grid energy! Solar panels on the roof top-up the leisure battery, keeping the fridge chilled and ready to use. Electric hook up cable also included. Velma also contains a double gas hob*, fridge with a small freezer compartment, cupboard space, and a detachable table. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or a cup of tea after a walk. *The built in gas cooker is currently unavailable hence the discounted price throughout April/May, a portable outside stove will be provided instead. A memory foam mattress topper is included that fits in either sleeping space, giving you that luxury glamping feel. A swivel front passenger seat rotates to face reward when camping to add an extra seating option. External blackout screen and full blackout curtains are included. A good night's sleep is the key to the best adventures!

Additional information

Velma boasts being a Vellfire Gold, which offers top specifications in the Toyota Alphard/Vellfire range. There are several USB charging points around Velma, next to the rock & bed (/kitchen) perfect for charging devices, in the cab and in the roof tent. There are also 2 x 3-pin plugs that can be used when on an electric hook up. Velma includes front and rear parking sensors with rear camera, built in Sat Nav plus Android Auto and Bluetooth connection. We can provide Linen (sheet, duvet & duvet cover and 2 pillows/pillow cases) for £15.00 charge. Velma is fully stocked with: -2 Camping chairs -Fold-up camping table -Electric hook up cable (25 metres) -Attachable awning (please return this in full working order at the end of your stay or a fee of £150.00 will be deducted from your deposit). - Plates/cups/glasses/cutlery/pans/cooking utensils/kettle/washing up bowl/tin opener/bottle opener.

Hiring rules

1. No smoking
2. Smallmedium dogs allowed (only to be on furniture with blankets)
3. No festivals
4. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
5. Vehicle must be returned in a reasonably cleaned state or you risk an extra cleaning fee of £25.00
6. Standard pickup / dropoff times are 810 am / 46 pm
7. Mileage limit: 160km per day. You will be charged £0.45p per mile for additional distance traveled over the total allowance (calculate in Camplify's checklist).
8. FUEL return with a full tank of petrol (all hires include a full tank on departure)
9. Travel within Mainland UK only
10. No offroad or beach driving
11. No free/wild camping
12. If any engine lights come on or an accident occurs, pull over immediately, stay safe and call me or Camplify on 0330 808 1811.
13. Water bottles should be emptied before return
14. Gas bottle should ber
15. £50.00 charge for a late return (without prior agreement)

Hire Fee: From £80.00 per day

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
