Free standing shelter Available as a bare van and you to use your own equipment or with all the basics so you should only have to provide clothing, bedding, washing/drying, food etc. & entertainment to enjoy yourselves. Insurance included with the vehicle age 30-70 with a £2,000.00 excess (the deposit) Two x 3 point offences or anything less than 6 points are covered as standard. Other offences possibly covered by a higher excess and/or insurance referral for approval/additional requirements. Younger hirers are sometimes a possibility but a form must be completed, submitted to the insurers for consideration and whatever their additional rules are if agreed. Two forms of ID need be obtained for every driver. The following documentation is acceptable proof of address alongside one from the 2nd list. a) Council Tax bill/statement b) Broadband/ landline telephone bill c) Bank Statement d) Credit Card Statement e) Mortgage Statement f) Electricity/Gas/Water (bill/statement) g) Polling card h) HMRC self-assessment/tax credit i) TV License 2nd list a) Student loan b) Payslip c) Pension letters d) Loan statement e) Shotgun licence f) Mobile phone bills g) Car finance statement h) Property deed An annual council tax bill will be accepted. If there is another document you wish to use and think should be acceptable please ask ahead of time and we can submit to the insurance company for approval. The proofs of address provided must be dated within 90 days of the hire date and have the same address appearing on the driving licence. In addition to the deposit held by Camplify our insurance company require us to have a traceable transaction. This only needs to be £1.00 but must be from the named driver and be Bank transfer, PayPal or Cleared check. Sorry we don't yet take cards. This will be returned at the end of the hire. Following exclusions for insurance Prosecuted under Health and Safety Legislation in the last 5 years Has any principal ever been convicted or charged but not yet tried of any criminal offence (other than motoring offences)? Has any principal has ever been declared bankrupt, insolvent, entered into an IVA or been a director of any company or organisation that has gone into liquidation, administration or receivership? Has any principal ever had a proposal for insurance refused or declined or ever had insurance cancelled or special terms imposed? Has any Principal, Partner or Director been subject to a CCJ or Sheriff Court Decree? 150miles per 24hr hire period. Additional miles please apply for costs @£0.32 per mile Due to a number of issues with the toilet being used incorrectly it is now necessary to say there will be a £70.00 charge if this is the case. To get to all the places that need to be cleaned the compartment needs to be dismantled to get to the standing liquid.

Hiring rules

• No smoking.
• Responsible pets/owners. Blankets provided for seating & bedding area but we would REALLY rather they stayed on the floor.
• No off road or off the beaten track. Camp field at worst please.
• Delivery to a further distance available but additional costs would apply.
• Vehicle to be returned with an empty toilet cassette.
• Vehicle to be returned with the same fuel level identified when taken.

  The Van was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed. The handover was thorough and complete. I couldn't recommend both Rob and his wife, and also the van - it's pretty much brand new and worked like a dream! Don't hesitate to book this one - it's a real gem!!
