Additional information

We are a small run family business operating for our disabled son - the goal is to eventually add onto the fleet of 16 to become a campsite with a residential home for our son James and others like him. Whilst you are out on hire you can leave your car with us - we shall pop it in the barn in the place of the motorhome you have booked. We try to make it as easy as possible and send you videos of operation before your journey to make you familiar with the vehicle. We are of course eon hand whilst you are out on hire by phone or when our lines turn off we have an out of hours business what's app. Richie who leads the business is a teacher but we have Caroline and Paul in the business during the day to take calls can conduct handovers.

Hiring rules

Drivers must be 25 years and over and under 75 years old, with at least 2 years driving experience.
Drive sensible and treat our pride and joy as your own, keeping it nice for us and other campers.
We do charge you an additional £1.00 ahead of hire to make this legal transaction with our motorhome insurance. Before the day we need a copy of your photo card driving licence, a copy of a utility bill, bank statement and you need to complete a DVLA licence check . Just like when you hire a car we hold a £1,000.00 damage deposit against your card whilst you are out on hire.
No Smoking, No Pets, No Ski Destinations
If you do not have a British driving licence, please enquire first so we can check that our insurance company covers your driving licence.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From £95.00 per day

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
