Hiring rules

Hirers must empty the toilet before returning. No smoking.
All renters are asked to have all their documents sent to us two weeks prior to collection. All drivers must be 23 years old or older and have held a full driving licence for at least 2 years. If you hold a licence from a different country please get in touch through our contact us form prior to completing your booking, we will then confirm what information we require to complete your booking.
Campers will be have a full fuel tank at time of pick up and is to be returned with a full tank. Fuel shortages will be charged at £40.00 per every 1/4 of tank.
Pick up is at 3.00pm and drop off is at 11.00am this is to allow time for the campervan to be ready for the next customer. Late drop off will be charged;
£10.00 per hour for the first 3 hours.
Between 2 pm and 3 pm will be charged half a days rate.
After 3pm will be charged a full days rate.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Hire Fee: From £165.00 per day
Delivery fee: Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £2,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Moderate

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
