The layout is conventional race van, with fixed front seating for 3, an L shaped bench for 4, with two rear facing 2 point belts / isofix brackets behind a fixed bulkhead to create a dinette which pulls out into a small double bed (max. occupant height approx 5’6” to be comfy). Centrally there is a shower / WC, opposite this the galley, with a large rear garage under a fixed king size bed. A fifth berth can be created across the front seats using the inflatable infills and mattress provided. A removable egg shaped dining table fits to a sequoia post in the dinette. There are MPK roof windows above the dinette and rear bedroom. There is an opening window behind the dinette. The galley includes a Dometic sink with mixer tap and two ring gas burner. An Alpicool compressor fridge with icebox sits below. The shower / WC has a thermostatic shower, Thetford 565 cassette toilet and Clio tip up basin with mixer tap. There is ample accessible storage throughout the van, including under seat, over head and over cab lockers. All sinks / basins / shower have hot & cold water and are connected to an underslung waste tank with level indicator on the galley wall. Fresh water is stored in a rear underslung tank with remote filler, the level indicator is on the same panel as the waste tank. It is pumped via a Seaflo pump and accumulator to even out pressure and provide instant water. Hot water is provided by Truma Ultrastore gas / mains water cylinder. This provides ample hot water for washing up, showers etc and heats up to 70 degrees in about 30 minutes while off grid. It can also be heated electrically via EHU. Controls are on the galley wall. The van is fully off grid, with two 130ah leisure batteries, split charge, a 1500/3000w pure sine wave inverter and 200w suitcase solar panels stored in the garage. There are 12v, USB & 240v sockets in the living space and garage. There is LED lighting throughout including dimmable touch lights in the main bedroom with USB sockets in their base. A 22” TV / DVD player can be positioned around the van. Included are plates, cups, cutlery, cookware, a Tassimo coffee machine and cleaning supplies. For additional charge hirers can also take our two and three person Sevylor inflatable kayaks, an inflatable SUP and two Gul bodyboards. A Mobi pressure washer can be used for washing bikes or seawater off wetsuits. The garage has fork supports for two adult MTBs (adapters for different axle types stored in garage). It is a race van so can be supplied with a DRC folding bike ramp for MX / enduro / trials bikes. There is a metal Storetidy rack on one side for stashing bits and bobs. There are fold down hooks inside one back door and a rubbish bag hanger on the spare wheel. The plant (boiler, water pump etc) is all installed safely in one corner of the garage, along with the gas bottle and tank for the diesel heater. Outside we have General AT tyres to give a fighting chance of getting off wet grass in campsites or race paddocks, and fixed full length side & rear steps help access. The van is fitted with a rear towbar. A 4m Fiamma F45 awning is fitted with body clips for the feet. There’s a coil of paracord and heavy duty pegs if you prefer the legs vertical rather than across your neck. A breathable rug is stored in the garage to fit below the awning, along with a changing / toilet tent if required. Included is a fold out camping table with four moon chairs, a small fold out stool and a fold out clothes airer. From a driving point of view, the drivers seat has been changed to a height adjustable seat with fold down arm rear. A Sony double din stereo with CarPlay etc can be connected to your phone for music, sat nav etc. A standalone reversing camera is installed.

Hiring rules

• 1. No smoking inside van / close to open doors & windows.
• 2. Van to be returned clean and tidy with all rubbish removed.
• 3. Hirer to empty grey water tank, empty and clean toilet cassette, and ensure all cutlery and crockery is washed before return. (Everything will have gone through the dishwasher before hired as well but food residue is unpleasant for us!)
• 4. Fuel is on a full / full basis. There are 24 hour petrol stations within a couple of miles in all directions of base to refill before returning.
• 5. Dogs are permitted by request but must not be allowed on seats / beds. Damage is chargeable.
• 6. Gas for cooking & hot water is by propane bottle. This is charged by weight. In the event you run out and have to purchase an exchange bottle while on hire, the bottle will be weighed on return and you will be refunded the balance.
• 7. Hirer is responsible for checking fluid levels on a daily basis.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
