Unlike the T-Rex, Our 'Rex is a family friendly (up to 2 adults and 2 kids) campervan ideal for that trip to wherever in the UK you fancy... As TSRex is a Short Wheel Base, he drives like a car and fits in a car parking spot, so is perfect if you don't want to drive something giant! 'Rex is a 2010 VW transporter converted with a super comfy rock and roll bed (with 2 x 3 point belts), fridge, integrated hobs, sink and Poptop with bed. There is a double bench on the passenger side, which can be turned round when parked. The RnR bed sleep two and the Poptop is perfect for up to 2 kids to stay in. The interior was reupholstered in the last couple of years so is nice and clean and well looked after. Plenty of storage space is available in the cupboards and under the back seats. The van benefits from a leisure battery with USB and 12v socket running directly from it. A Sun awning is provided to give you shade and a bit of cover too. ** the booking will require a £1 payment direct via bacs as part of the identification checks for the insurance policy **

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Peter communicated in super timing before and during the hiring process. Rex is a great van and has everything you need for an adventure. It drives really nicely and the bed is comfy. I would highly recommend hiring Rex from Peter for all your trips!

Really great experience in Rex. Peter was really easy to hire from and made my first experience hiring a van super simple. Rex was easy to drive and use all the features. The leisure battery lasted for the whole trip without being connected to an electricity hook up too which was great. Comfortable sleep, and nice and warm.

Van is exactly as described, but worth noting the lack of air conditioning... its amazing what luxuries you get used to! Had a great trip away to Silverstone for the grand prix. The van was well insulated for heat and sound, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The pop top bed is definitely better suited to kids (or at least people shorter and lighter than me!),
