Garfield is an ultra comfortable extra wide bed Volkswagen Transporter (T5). Spread out on one of the easiest to use VW campervan bed systems which takes advantage of the full internal width of the campervan. Everything has been designed for practical convenience. In day mode the original VW rear seats are very comfortable and offer maximum safety whilst travelling. The kitchen features a 2 ring burner, washing up basin and a fridge/freezer for keeping your food fresh and perhaps even your ice cubes frozen! The front passenger seat swivels in to the living area for dining and socialising. Above, there is a sturdy West Dubs elevating roof which can either provide full standing height or room for 2 people to sleep. There is a night heater for when conditions get a but colder, ensuring everyone inside stays cozy and warm. Garfield is a pleasure to drive. Powered by the 140 horse power engine with a 7 speed DSG automatic gearbox, any journey takes minimum effort. Garfield is perfect for touring the backroads and high mountain passes, where larger motorhomes can't go,

Additional information

It is actually possible for 5 people to sleep and travel in Garfield. However, one of the seats in the rear has restricted legroom. Garfield has a new conversion on a very low mileage base vehicle so does have a new feel. If you are taking pets, there is a £75.00 extra charge.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
