Sleeps up to 4 people, with a rock n roll double bed downstairs and second double bed space in the pop top roof with Apple 5 seats including swivelling double passenger seats Car Play and DAB Radio Cruise Control WHEN DOG FRIENDLY MEANS DOG FRIENDLY! There really is nothing worse than turning up to a dog friendly holiday and being met by a list of things you aren't allowed to do with your dog.. or not even being provided with a water bowl! More often than not, my doggy travel kit is larger than my own travel bag 🙂 That's why Harley is fully kitted out with THE BEST doggy welcome pack you'll ever find and yep.. they are def allowed to sleep on the bed ;0) Along with some surprise welcome goodies you'll find: Throws for the seats/bed 2x Biothane dual ended leads (to use with d clip on the van) 4x Pop up travel bowls for food and water Dicky Bag plus spare poo bags MudDaddy First Aid Kit plus Tick Twisters and Leucillin Canine First Aid Book Dogrobes (sized to fit your furiend) plus Gauntlets (drying mitts) Biothane Training Lines Wildwash Stinky Shampoo plus 1x Stink Bomb Freshening Spray

Hiring rules

• A security deposit of £100.000 will be required upon collection this must be made by name driver.
• Collection and return of the camper van must be at an agreed time between 8am and 6pm. Unless stipulated on your hire form, a prorata’d 24 hr charge will apply for every hour past a daily 24 hr window.
• If you arrive later than your allocated time, late handover charges will apply.
• DRIVING CONDITIONS
• Have a driving licence available to inspect
• be 25 or over/under 75
• held full UK or EU licence for a minimum of two years.
• not had their licence suspended for any period within the last three years.
• not been involved in more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim within the last three years.
• no more than two convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.
• not obtained a BA,DD or UT conviction.
• A DVLA check will be undertaken at collection of the van and you will be asked to have copies of drivers licences plus 2 utility bills dated within 90 days of the hire.
• You are responsible for any motoring offences during your hire and we have an obligation to pass on your details to the DVLA once we have been informed by the authorities. An admin fee for this will be charged to you of £25.00 per offence.
• Any accident involving our campervans must be reported to us and the relevant police authority as soon as is reasonably possible. You must not admit guilt or liability
• THE ACCIDENT MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY BY TELEPHONE TO THE NUMBER PROVIDED AT THE POINT OF HIRE
• A complete accident report must be made out and handed to Millie’s Pet Services on return of the vehicle.
• Police should be notified immediately if there is property damage or people are injured; All accidents and damage must be reported to Millie’s Pet Services as soon as possible by calling the contact number provided at the point of hire;
• Names, addresses, insurance details and vehicle information of all third parties must be obtained at the time of the accident and best endeavours must be made to obtain the names and addresses of any witnesses;
• The Hirer should not admit guilt or liability;
• The Hirer must not abandon the Vehicle without taking adequate steps to prevent further damage, loss or contravention of traffic regulations or the law of Scotland.
• Every effort is made to ensure that the Vehicle is in a safe and roadworthy condition before it leaves the premises, but Millie’s Pet Services shall be under no liability for third party claims or damages arising in connection with, or as a consequence of, any breakdown or accident.
• TOILET HIRE
• Should you choose to hire a portable toilet, it must be returned cleaned and empty or there will be a charge of £50.00 for cleaning charge.
• FUEL
• Our fuel policy is full to full. There will be a full tank of fuel in the camper van on collection and we ask you to return it also with a full tank.
• We ask that you fill as close as possible to drop off (Sainsbury in Dundee or Asda in Arbroath).
• Failure to return the van without a full tank of fuel will result in a charge of the missing fuel at the current price of the petrol station plus a fee of £25.00.
• Late arrival on returning vehicle – you must contact us if you believe you will be late to return.
• There will be a £25.00 late fee charged along with any additional insurance fees occurred by our insurers for additional time insured.
• CHILD SEATS
• Regulations govern the use of child car seats in the United Kingdom requiring every child traveling in the Vehicle to be seated using specified restraints in all circumstances where the child is under 135cm or 12 years of age.
• It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure that necessary child seats are used in the Vehicle if carrying children.
• SMOKING AND PETS
• Smoking (including Vaping) is not permitted in the campervan
• Furiends (Dogs) are most welcome in our campervan and we have fully kitted Harley out for their needs.
• Note – the number of dogs permitted is a maximum of 2 dependent on number in the party hiring and they must not be left alone in the campervan at any point in time. P
• Any breach of these terms will result in a one hundred pounds (£100.00) charge which will be deducted from the security deposit.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £200.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
