Hiring rules

• For insurance purposes all drivers must:
• Be aged between 23 and 75
• Held a full UK or EU driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
• Not had their licence suspended for any period within the last 3 years
• Not been involved in more than one fault incident within the last 3 years
• Have no more than 2 convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.
• Please note that we are happy to discuss individual exceptions to the criteria above with our insurers and can often be flexible in known circumstances.
• Customers driving the camper must provide:
• 1.Both parts of their valid UK or EU driving licence
• 2.Valid driving licence check code (required for a DVLA check on the driving licence)
• 3. Two utility bills providing proof of address dated within 3 months of the hire date
• These should be forwarded by email at least one week prior to the hire date to allow time for the insurance checks to be carried out.
• Additional drivers can be added to the insurance cover at no extra cost but would need to provide all the necessary documentation at check in.
• Please allow around an hour when you collect your Campervan so we can go through the paperwork and show you around your vehicle. We will do our best to help you get the most from your camping adventure.

  I highly recommend hiring this camper. Our experience was perfect. The pick up and drop off times were incredibly flexible. The collection/drop off was fast, and very professional. The camper was also incredibly economical - the fuel lasted a long time, and we barely had to top up on our almost 900 mile journey! We even accidentally chipped part of the table and although we had to pay for damage for it, it was at a bare minimum cost and completely trust that the price for repair was given at the lowest possible price - which we are happy to pay for as we did damage it after all! Overall, perfect experience and would highly recommend to others.
