Please message us on this platform with your expected ETA extras ( you can get at departure ) - Linen can be rented for £10.00 - payment in cash on day of departure or you can pre book it with this agent . we also offer extra gas £2.00 a can ( no need to pre request ) . we can also offer a late check in whereby your vehicle will be left on a free parking and your bed made £20.00 but vehicle cannot be driven and would need check out first thing next day ( need to pre request )

Hiring rules

• No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved
• No smoking inside the van
• pets are welcome but must be declared and no signs of them being there. (Cleaning fee does not cover pets and vehicle needs to be valeted at the end )
• Hirer age restrictions 21 min ( see insurance criteria below )
• Van inside must return cleaned or will incur up to a £50.00 fee. ( you can pre pay a cleaning fee which covers light normal use. Excessive cleaning such as dirty dinner plates and left food will incur charge )
• Pick up from 9.00 weekends and 10.00 am — weekends Drop back by 20.00 pm or use drop box by arrangement .
• Our pick up and drop off location is by appointment only please let us know what time you will be and if any delays or changes you must inform us.
• Travel distance
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, fill out accident statement form found in glove box. Take photos of all damage and situation . Inform On Tour campervans using the help and assistance number.
• Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. Damage that is found and not reported will be charged at maximum level
• Fuel return same as taken . if you leave more it cannot be refunded
• Insurance before you book you must ensure you meet the criteria below . Failure to disclose or give inaccurate information will mean immediate cancelaion of hire with no refunds.

•  Must have held full licence for a period of two years  2122 YEAR OLDS MUST BE FREE OF CONVICTION
•  2324 YEAR OLDS ARE PERMITTED ONE MINOR CONVICTION (3 POINTS) IN LAST 3 YEARS
• AGE 25 and above
•  Must have held a full driving licence for a period of 12 months
•  Note Standard cover does not apply for Hirers/drivers over 75 years of age

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
